社区矫正工作是新时期党和国家赋予司法行政机关的重要职能。几年来，安徽省按照司法部的统一部署，在各级党委、政府和有关部门的大力支持下，紧紧围绕加强和创新社会管理的工作要求，积极探索，大胆实践，社区矫正工作取得良好的法律效果和社会效果。为推进社会管理创新，维护社会和谐稳定做出了积极贡献。但在实际推进工作中也存在一些实际问题和困难，需要我们予以重视并积极克服。
