农村社会化服务体系建设是推进农村社会经济发展的重要内容。作为重要的农业大省，安徽省农村社会化服务体系建设取得了重大成绩，表现在农村基础设施服务体系不断完善、农村社会化服务组织迅速发展、农村社会事业长足进步。当然，还存在着一些不足，比如，农村政策制定和执行存在误区、农村财政运转问题突出、农村社会化服务类型发展不平衡、农村公共服务质量有待提高等。完善安徽省农村社会化服务体系，应该制定安徽省农村社会化服务体系发展规划，完善法律法规，深化农村基层政府职能改革，改革农村财政管理体制，加强农民教育，建立健全农村社会化服务的网络体系。
The construction of rural social service system plays a significant role in promoting the social and economic development of rural areas. Being a major agricultural province,Anhui province has made major/great achievements in the construction of rural social service system,including the constant improvement of the rural infrastructure service system,the rapid development of rural social service organizations,and the considerable progress in the rural social undertakings. Meanwhile,several deficiencies still exist,such as the misunderstanding of rural policy formulation and implementation,the highlight situation of fiscal operation,combined with the uneven development of the types of rural socialization service,and the poor quality of the public service,and so on. To perfect it,we have much work to do,for example,drawing up the development plans,perfecting the laws and regulations,deepening the reform of rural grass-roots governments function,reforming the financial administration system,and strengthening education of peasants. Through these measures,we hope to establish and perfect the rural socialized service network system.
