Industrial revitalization is the key to implementing the national rural revitalization strategy. Anhui is a big agricultural province，but not a strong one. To implement the Two Strengthen’s and One Increase action of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government，and effectively resolve the disputes between the Two Places，we must adhere to the principle of adapting to local conditions，based on the shortcomings and weaknesses of the countryside，and promote the extension of rural enrichment and special industry chains，improve quality and efficiency，help farmers to increase their income and become rich，and then promote the high-quality development of special industries in rural Anhui.
