2013～2014年，是安徽“十二五”建设全面深化的一年，也是推动安徽经济社会全面转型，开创加速崛起、兴皖富民新局面的关键时期。这一时期安徽社会经济在调整转型、夯实基础的前提下，坚持稳中求进，开拓创新，在全面推进经济强省、文化强省和生态强省方面取得了巨大成就。“振兴皖北”战略的深化实施有力推动了皖北地区经济的复苏，为安徽省统筹区域协调发展、建设美好安徽提供了重要战略保障；“皖江示范区”的发展壮大推动了安徽产业结构的优化升级，有力促进了安徽经济的快速发展；文化惠民工程的实施，推动了文化产业持续繁荣；对民生工程的重视，保障了安徽社会的和谐稳定。与此同时，安徽仍然存在经济总量不大、城乡居民收入相对偏低；工业能源消费增长较快，环境压力日渐增大；第三产业发展相对滞后，GDP增长过分依赖工业增长拉动等问题。因此，本报告在展示2013～2014年安徽社会经济发展成就的同时，针对发展过程中所面临的一些现实问题，提出了相应的对策建议，以期为促进安徽经济社会平稳快速发展提供借鉴。
2013-2014 is the deepening development year for the Twelfth Five-year plan（2011-2015），and is also the critical period for Anhui comprehensive economic and social transformation. Under the adjustment period of socio-economic transformation，Anhui insists on innovation and makes great achievements in economic，cultural and ecological construction. The strategy of ‘Revitalization Northern Anhui’ promotes a strong economic recovery in Northern Area of Anhui province；the development and expansion of ‘Wanjiang Demonstration Zone’ promotes the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Implementation of cultural projects that benefit and promote the culture industry continues to prosperity，emphasis on livelihood projects to ensure social harmony and stability. At the same time，urban and rural incomes are relatively low，industrial energy consumption is growing rapidly and increasing pressure on the environment. Tertiary industry development is lagging behind，the growth of GDP has reliance on stimulating industrial growth. Therefore，this report will focus on the development challenges，put forward relevant measures and provide some suggestions to make Anhui province’s economic and social development grow faster and healthier.
