2020年，越南宏观经济在新冠肺炎疫情的冲击下仍保持了稳定，特别是GDP同比增长了2.91%，实属不易。证券市场在经历了年初的大幅杀跌后逐渐企稳回升并最终突破1000点的关键点位。银行股和地产股在此次疫情背景下的市场行情中表现抢眼，是带动市场企稳加升的主力。当前越南的银行业和地产业的发展与2008年前的中国十分相似，正处于充分享受越南经济发展红利的阶段。在2020年排名前20的富豪榜上，银行业和地产业各有7人，合计占据了富豪榜七成的席位。
In 2020，Vietnam’s macro economy remained stable despite the impact of COVID-19. In particular，its GDP achieved growth of 2.91%，which was not easy. The stock market experienced in the beginning of the year after a sharp decline，then stabilized and rose gradually and broke through the key point of 1000 points eventually. Banks and property stocks performed well in the outbreak COVID-19 and became the main force of driving a stable and rising market. At present，Vietnam’s banking and real estate are very similar to that in China before 2008，which is in the stage of fully enjoying the dividend of Vietnam’s economic development. On the list of top 20 richest people，banking and real estate industry accounted for seven respectively，adding up to 70% of the total.
