本报告通过对比中国与中东欧“三大球”项目强国的实力差距，指出双方在相关项目上存在很大合作空间；梳理并回顾了中国与中东欧国家自2012年后在“三大球”项目交流合作方面的成就与重要事件；分析了双边交流合作表现的重要特征，指出其中存在的困难与不足；最后尝试对双方在后疫情时代复杂国际局势背景下进一步夯实交流基础、扩大深化合作规模与内涵提出了几点建议。
This report points out that there is a lot room for cooperation between China and CEE countries in the relevant projects by comparing China and CEE countries in the “Big Three” ball games. The achievements and important events in the exchange and cooperation between China and CEE countries since the establishment of the cooperation mechanism in 2012 are reviewed. It also analyzes the important features of bilateral exchanges and cooperation and clarifies the difficulties and shortcomings. Finally，it tries to put forward some suggestions for both sides to further consolidate the foundation of exchange and expand and deepen the scale and content of cooperation in the complex international situation in the post-pandemic era.
