近年来,数字技术蓬勃发展,加速推进企业数字化转型,有效助力中国数字化经济的优化升级。数字化人才供需矛盾日渐凸显,已成为我国数字经济发展的重要瓶颈。本文论述了数字化人才对于数字化转型的重要性,从供需匹配不足、跨界人才稀缺等方面指出数字化人才培养的紧迫性,梳理了高等院校和产业企业现阶段数字化人才培育的主要方式和途径。结合产业高质量发展现实需求,提出通过推进产教融合来应对数字化人才短缺问题。
In recent years,the vigorous development of digital technologies has accelerated the digital transformation of enterprises,effectively helping the optimization and upgrading of China’s digital economy. The contradiction between supply and demand of digital talents has become increasingly prominent,and has become an important bottleneck restricting the development of China’s digital economy. This paper discusses the shortage and importance of digital talents through research,and summarizes the main ways and paths of digital talent cultivation at this stage. Combined with the actual needs of high-quality industrial development,it is proposed to respond to the shortage of digital talents by promoting the integration of industry and education.
