Digital literacy and skills are a collection of necessary qualities and abilities for citizens in the digital age. Carrying out the practice of digital literacy and skills evaluation is a key move to accurately improve national digital literacy and skills. This paper sorts out and summarizes the practice of digital literacy and skills evaluation in EU and Wiley，as well as other representative research results，obtains relevant enlightenment，and puts forward suggestions for the next steps of digital literacy and skills evaluation in China.
