随着国际局势的动荡，逆全球化和贸易保护主义盛行，我国产业链受到严重的冲击，多国制裁导致我国依赖外国技术、设备、资源的产业链运行受阻；与此同时，国内政策调整进一步压缩了低端产业链的生产规模，加之新冠肺炎疫情影响，我国多产业链生产、流通均存在不畅问题。本报告基于产业链相关理论对产业链不畅的问题进行研究分析，找出现阶段产业链堵塞的问题所在，并就发现的问题提出发展建议，认为未来我国需要从“强化基础、强韧链条、优化企业、提高效率、保证安全”五个方面出发，提高我国产业链的安全性、竞争力和运行效率。
With the turbulence of the international situation and the prevalence of anti-globalization and trade protectionism，China’s industrial chain has been seriously impacted. Multinational sanctions have hindered the operation of China’s industrial chain relying on foreign technology，equipment and resources. At the same time，domestic policy adjustments have further reduced the production scale of low-end industrial chains. Coupled with the impact of COVID-19，there are massive problems in the production and circulation of industrial chains in China.
Based on the relevant theories of the industrial chain，this paper conducts research and analysis on the problems of the industrial chain，finds out the problems of the industrial chain blockage at this stage，and makes countermeasures and suggestions for the problems found. In the future，China needs to start from the five directions of “strengthening the foundation，strengthening the chain，optimizing the enterprise，improving efficiency，and ensuring safety” to improve the safety，competitiveness and operational efficiency of China’s industrial chain.
