2019年，世界局势纷繁复杂，国际秩序面临深刻变革与调整。中国作为负责任的发展中大国，坚定维护多边主义价值，主动参与国际法治建设，积极参与联合国改革，国际法规则的编纂与发展，国际和平与安全，人权治理，海洋、外空、网络空间治理，维护多边贸易体系，国际私法规则构建以及国际司法等领域的实践活动。展望未来，中国将继续坚定不移地走和平发展、合作共赢的道路，积极应对国际变革，为促进国际法治发展贡献中国力量。
In 2019，the world was still in turmoil，while international order is confronted with profound changes and adjustments. As a responsible power and the largest developing country in the world，China actively promotes the rule of law at the international level with a firm commitment to the multilateralism. China contributes to the United Nations reforms，development of international law and its codification，international peace and security，international human rights，the “global commons” as sea，air and out space and cyber-space. In addition，China puts efforts in maintaining the multilateral trade system，constructing rules in private international law and participating in practice of international courts. Looking into the future，China will continue to follow the path of peaceful development and win-win cooperation，actively addressing new challenges and making more achievements for developing international law.
