2019年是中华人民共和国成立70周年，面对世界百年未有之大变局，中国继续奋发有为，积极参与谈判、签署和批准条约或其他国际文书，继续推动构建人类命运共同体和共建“一带一路”，坚持多边主义，坚定维护以联合国为核心的国际体系和以国际法为基础的国际秩序以及以规则为基础、以世界贸易组织为核心的多边贸易体制，积极应对中美关系波折，为推动建设持久和平、普遍安全、共同繁荣、开放包容、清洁美丽新世界注入法治元素、进一步加强国际制度建设、促进国际法治。
2019 marked the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. In the face of unpredictable changes and challenges for a hundred years，China continued to be enthusiastic on negotiating，signing and ratifying treaties and other international instruments so as to build up a community of shared future for mankind and implement the “Belt and Road” initiative. China adhered to the multilateralism，the rules-based international order and the rules-based multilateral trade system. China dealt with in active way the unregular events occurred between Sino-Us relations. China contributed with elements of rule of law to realize a world of “lasting peace，universal security，mutual prosperity，openness and inclusiveness，cleanness and beauty” and to consolidate international institutions and strengthen international rule of law.
