2021年，全球新冠肺炎疫情形势仍较为严峻，越南疫情呈现波浪式反弹的发展态势。在疫情蔓延的大背景下，越南传统民俗文化的发展同样受到了较大影响，许多文化活动和传统节日庆祝仪式被迫取消或采取了新的形式。2021年越共十三大的顺利召开，为越南社会各方面的发展擘画蓝图，同时为越南文化在新时期的发展指明了方向。2021年在疫情蔓延和保障民生这对矛盾下，越南如何更好地传承与保护其传统民俗文化，显得任重而道远。
In 2021，the global epidemic situation is still serious. The epidemic in Vietnam shows a wave-like rebound development. Against the backdrop of the epidemic，the development of Vietnam’s traditional folk culture has also been greatly affected，many cultural activities and traditional festival celebrations have been forced to cancel or take new forms. 2021 saw the successful convening of the 13th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam，which drew a blueprint for the development of Vietnamese society in all aspects，and also pointed out the direction for the development of Vietnamese culture in the new period. 2021 is a year in which the contradiction between the epidemic’s spread and the protection of people’s livelihood appears to be a challenge. With the contradiction between the spread of the epidemic and the protection of people’s livelihood，it is particularly important for Vietnam to better inherit and protect its traditional folk culture.
