疫情背景下马来西亚文博产业发展报告

新冠肺炎疫情给马来西亚文博产业带来了巨大冲击。随着一系列“行动限制令”的出台,博物馆被迫暂时关闭,许多计划内的活动只能取消或延期。国外游客无法入境,本地民众居家办公,访客数量大幅下降,对外合作交流也遭遇重重阻碍。新冠肺炎疫情给马来西亚文博产业带来巨大冲击的同时,让该产业在发展中存在的一系列问题逐渐显露,如数字化水平较低、宣传方式和内容较为单一、文创产品缺乏创意等。这些问题的存在,不仅影响了马来西亚文博产业的持续发展,也减弱了该产业的韧性和抗风险能力,理应引起相关部门的思考和重视。

Abstract

The happen of the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020 has brought a huge impact on cultural and museum industry in Malaysia. With a series of “Movement Control Order” in place,museums were forced to close temporarily and many planned events had to be cancelled or postponed. As foreign tourists were not able to enter the country and local people were restricted at home,the number of visitors has dropped significantly,and foreign cooperation and exchanges have also encountered many obstacles. While the COVID-19 epidemic has brought huge negative impact on the cultural and museum industry in Malaysia,it has also gradually revealed a series of weaknesses in the development of the industry,such as low level of digitalization,relatively simple publicity methods and content,and lack of creativity in cultural creative products. The existence of these weaknesses not only affects the sustainable development of Malaysia’s cultural and museum industry,but also reduces the industryvs resilience and anti-risk ability,which should arouse introspection of relevant departments.
