本报告从双向角度分析北部湾国际门户港的现实腹地与腹地产业情况，综合分析北部湾国际门户港客观存在的最大腹地范围。分析腹地范围划分及其对港口经济的贡献力，细分腹地经济，重点分析现实腹地和潜力腹地及其发展态势。根据港口经贸与货源市场的关系，对货源市场和货物增量进行预测，评估腹地服务水平与提升空间。在此基础上，分析北部湾国际门户港物流体系构成，提出构建国际通道体系和国内通道体系的总体思路。最后，提出促进北部湾港货物集聚能力提升的建议：加强顶层设计，提升港口竞争力；优化空间布局，提升货源集聚能力；打破地域壁垒和限制，整合集疏运体系；联系西南，对接粤港澳大湾区，协同自贸区发展。
This report analyzes the actual hinterland and hinterland industry of Beibu Gulf International gateway port from a two-way perspective，and comprehensively analyzes the maximum scope of the existence of its objective. It also analyzed hinterland scope division and its contribution to port economy，subdivide hinterland economy，focus on the analysis of reality hinterland and potential hinterland and its development situation. According to the relationship between port economy and trade and source market，the source market and increment of goods are predicted，and the service level and improvement space of hinterland are evaluated. Based on the analysis of the logistics system of the international gateway port near the Beibu Gulf，the general idea of constructing the international channel system and the domestic channel system is put forward. Based on this，the paper puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the construction of Beibu Gulf Port cargo channel：strengthening the top-level design to enhance the competitiveness of the port；optimize spatial layout；break the regional barriers and boundaries，integrate the distribution system；Connecting with the southwest，docking with the Greater Bay Area and coordinating with the development of the Free Trade Zone.
