智能城市作为将信息技术与经济社会各领域深度融合的城市发展模式,已经成为现代城市发展的必然趋势。本文从城市基础设施智能化、城市治理智能化、城市经济智能化和城市生活智能化四个维度构建了中国智能城市评价指标体系,通过主成分分析法对中国70个大中城市的智能化发展水平与规律进行评估总结。结果显示,中国城市智能化水平在不同地域之间还不平衡,中心城市与外围城市、东部地区与中西部地区的城市智能化发展在各维度都表现出明显的差异。本文在分析中国智能城市发展现状的基础上,针对中国城市智能化建设中存在的问题提出详实的政策建议,希望为我国智能城市建设提供经验借鉴与有益参考。
As an urban development model that deeply integrates information technology with various economic and social fields,Intelligent City has become an inevitable trend of modern urban development. This report builds an evaluation index system for China’s intelligent cities from four dimensions:urban infrastructure intelligence,urban governance intelligence,urban economic intelligence,and urban life intelligence. Through the principal component analysis method,the intelligent development level and law of 70 large and medium-sized cities in China are evaluated and summarized. The result shows that the level of urban intelligence in China is unbalanced among different regions,and there are obvious differences in the dimensions of urban intelligence development between central cities and peripheral cities,eastern regions and central and western regions. Based on the analysis of the current situation of China’s smart city development,this report puts forward detailed policy recommendations for the problems existing in China’s urban intelligent construction,hoping to provide experience and useful reference for China’s intelligent city construction.
