Guangxi is located at the junction of South China Economic Zone，southwest economic circle and ASEAN economic circle，who is the bridge and hub of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area radiating the southwest economic circle. In recent years，Guangxi has made great efforts to promote the deep integration of leading industries into the cross-border industrial chain，supply chain and value chain facing ASEAN，as well as connect and integrate into RCEP international cooperation actively. Focusing on key links such as manufacturing，trade，logistics，market and service，Guangxi is forming a multi-level cross-border industrial cooperation chain initially. However，due to the relatively weak foundation of industrial development and the insufficient development of the intermediate chain in traditional industries，some enterprises have been at the low end of the value chain for a long time，and the development of industrial upgrading is facing “path locking”. Therefore，Guangxi must promote the deep integration of the industrial chain，supply chain，innovation chain and value chain，strengthen the “platform+” function integration，improve the “internationalization” bearing capacity，accelerate the construction of a more complete cross-border industrial chain and build a powerful engine for high-quality industrial development.
