党的十八大之后，“绿色”被确立为新发展理念之一，成为国家经济转型的重要推动力。2020～2021年，云南省积极贯彻绿色发展理念，深入实施“生态立省，环境优先”战略，经济社会发展交出了一份优异的答卷。在分析目前存在问题的基础上，本报告认为，云南省需要不断优化提升产业结构，构建绿色发展的科技创新体系，提升对绿色产业的创业支持，增强全社会绿色生态发展理念，推动数字经济绿色发展，彰显云岭大地跨越发展的“翠绿”底色。
After the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，“Green development” has been established as one of the five New Devel-opment Principles in the New Era，and has become an important driving force for the country’s economic transformation. From 2020 to 2021，Yunnan Province actively implement the Principle of Green Development and has achieved an excellent answer of social-economic development. On the basis of analyzing the current problems，we believe that Yunnan Province needs to continuously optimize and upgrade its industrial structure，build a scientific and technological innovation system for green development，enhance entrepreneurial support for green industries，promote the Principle of Green Development in the whole society，and promote the green development of the digital economy，to highlighting the “jade” color of Yunnan’s leap-forward development.
