2021年是西藏和平解放70周年，也是“十四五”规划开局之年。本文对西藏和平解放70年来的发展历程进行了两个重要阶段、六个时期的划分，对每个时期都系统梳理了总体经济发展、基础设施建设、社会事业进步情况。在此基础上进一步总结了西藏和平解放70年发展的辉煌成就、基本经验，并结合自治区稳定、发展、生态、强边四件大事和“十四五”规划目标，对未来几年西藏应聚焦的重点做出展望。
