作为移动互联时代我国电子政务服务体系的有机组成部分,政务微信承担着传播政务信息、回应社会关切、满足公众信息需求等重要任务。疫情进一步彰显政务新媒体在精准防控和精准服务上的作用。新冠疫情期间,各地各级政务微信发布各类信息,设置疫情议程,搭建起疫情信息传播系统的主干道。就此,本文主要针对政务微信进行调研,以广东省政务微信公众号为研究对象,对各账号在本次疫情过程中的政务传播活动进行梳理,分析它们在公共卫生事件中各账号政务传播的响应、议题与定位概况,尝试探讨政务新媒体在重大突发公共卫生事件中的传播规律与问题并提出对策建议。
As a part of e-government system,government WeChat undertakes important tasks such as disseminating information,responding to social concerns,and meeting public information needs. The epidemic highlights the role of new government media in precision control and precision services. During the COVID-19 epidemic,government WeChat released various kinds of information,set up the epidemic agenda,and built the backbone of the epidemic information dissemination system. In this regard,this paper mainly focuses on the investigation of WeChat,analyzing their responses,issues and positioning in the epidemic events,and tries to explore the communication principles and problems of the new government media in major public health emergencies.
