纪录片这一特殊的影像媒介，具有因物理记录介质带来的文献性和标记性等属性，以及在公众教育、社会动员、国家整合、认同建构上的诸多功能，从而被称为“国家相册”。本文通过对2021年度互联网纪录片的整体爬梳，分析来自不同制作主体、具有不同文本形态以及流动于不同传播网络的纪实影像之内容特征，以及它们在舆论建构上的基本功能。研究发现，2021年度互联网纪录片着力强化主流舆论建构功能，强调技术创新和叙事手段的创新表达。在内容上回应社会变迁和时代变革的正能量叙事，互动上持续推动受众的情感张力和建构国家认同。
Documentary films or videos are special and potential visual media apparently. With the indexability and archival nature brought by physical recording methods，as well as its abundant social functions in public education，social mobilization，national integration，and identity construction，documentary films have been called “national albums” all the time. This paper analyzes the content and context features of online documentary films from different production units，with different text types and in different circulation of networks，and their essential functions in the construction of public opinion through an overall review of internet documentaries in 2021. The study finds that the internet documentaries strengthen the construction of mainstream public opinion，emphasizing technological innovation and the experimentation of visual narrative methods. Also in terms of content，the documentary films or videos respond to the positive narratives of social changes and China dreams，promote the emotional tension of audiences and construct the national identity in online communication.
