The five characteristics are as follow：the library intelligent complexes are all media，the library intelligent complexes are interrelated and integrated with people and things，the smart brain of library is getting smarter and smarter in the continuous development，the library service has no space-time and mode restrictions，and the growing smart library has unlimited possibilities. At the same time，the report lists some latest statistical data and practical progress cases in recent years，especially from 2021 to the first half of 2022.
