The United Nations Convention against Corruption requires States Parties to enact and implement code of conduce for public officials，and “take note of” the International Code of Conduct for Public Officials adopted by the United Nations General Assembly. China should improve its code of conduce for public officials in the light of the United Nations standards，in order to facilitate the public officials to establish the necessary ultimate loyalty，working standards and corresponding values，and properly deal with conflicts of interests.
