In recent years，Japan’s agricultural strategic transformation has achieved remarkable results：its exports of agricultural products are doubled in less than ten years，and it has been determined that it will exceed the 1 trillion yen in 2021，and the Japanese government plans to increase this number to 5 trillion yen by 2030. However，Japan’s poor agricultural resources have long been known：its arable land and agricultural labor force have been declining continuously and is showing a serious aging trend. So，how did Japan overcome the “congenital deficiency” of factor endowment conditions？This report believes that the successful transformation of agricultural development strategy is the key to the revival of Japan’s agriculture，In recent years，the traditional defensive strategy has transformed into offensive strategy. In this content，the structure is undergoing major changes，and the competitiveness of agriculture has been greatly improved.
