本报告结合RCEP中关税减让承诺及其他相关条款，剖析RCEP强化中日供应链合作的路径。本报告认为，RCEP作为东亚地区第一个覆盖全面的区域贸易协定以及中日之间达成的唯一的自由贸易协定，能够加深中日两国供应链合作，对中日两国供应链安全与经济发展具有促进效应，但RCEP的条款标准依旧不够高，中日两国应共同致力于缔结更高标准的自由贸易协定，进一步强化中日供应链合作。
Combined with the tariff reduction commitments and other relevant provisions of the RCEP agreement，this report analyzes the way to strengthen the supply chain cooperation between China and Japan. As the first comprehensive regional trade agreement in East Asia and the only free trade agreement between China and Japan，RCEP can deepen the supply chain cooperation between the two countries，but the terms’ standards of the RCEP agreement are still not high enough. China and Japan should work together to conclude a higher standard free trade agreement，and further strengthen the supply chain between China and Japan.
