法国自2015年至今多次遭受不同规模不同性质的恐怖袭击，反恐始终是法国政府的优先考量之一。2021年，法国反恐局势呈现新的特点，个人激进化趋势更为明显，宗教极端势力、极右势力和其他极端思想同时带来不稳定因素，反恐难度加大。为此法国政府采取了一系列措施，在国内加强立法与管控，对外调整在非洲萨赫勒地区的整体反恐政策。未来法国反恐局势仍然严峻，法国政府希望通过加强国际合作寻找解决思路。
