法国是文化大国，文化政策是法国公共政策的一大亮点，文化产业是法国经济的重要部门。然而，自2020年2月开始流行的新冠肺炎疫情对于法国的文化发展造成了巨大冲击。本文梳理新冠肺炎疫情对法国文化事业和产业各个领域所造成的影响，重点分析政府在文化领域的紧急救助政策和长期发展规划对于文化事业和产业的影响和推动，特别是“法国文化振兴”计划，通过增加投资和政策倾斜，促进文化持续发展和繁荣。
France is a great cultural power，with cultural policy being a highlight of its public policy and cultural industry being a noteworthy sector of the economy. Yet，the COVID-19 pandemic that started in February 2020 has had a major shock on the cultural sectors in France. This article is a systematic assessment of the impact of COVID-19 on various aspects of French cultural sectors，focusing on the effect of governmental emergency relief measures and long-term planning. In particular，the “France Relance pour la Culture” project，via increasing investment and policy benefits，is expected to enable the cultural sectors to thrive and boom in the future.
