This report studies and analyzes the status and level of open government data and integration in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from the four key dimensions-Readiness，Platform，Data and Use. At present，two special administrative regions and nine cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area have launched government data open platforms. On the whole，Shenzhen and Hong Kong have the highest comprehensive level of open data，followed by Guangzhou and Dongguan，followed by Jiangmen，Macau and Zhongshan. In terms of single dimension，Hong Kong performed the best in terms of Readiness and Use，and Shenzhen was in the leading position in Platform and Use. This report also presents benchmark cases of open government data in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in various dimensions. The report recommends formulating and improving policies，regulations and documents to promote and standardize the open of government data；strengthen the platform’s supporting role in the use of open data，and focus on platform users’ experience and sense of gain；open high-capacity，high-demand and high-quality datasets，and maintain continuous growth and dynamic update of open data；hold various guiding and empowering activities to create a good ecosystem in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area that is conducive to the open and use of government data.
