作为新发展格局下经济高质量发展的重要引擎，数字经济与实体经济的融合发展，为提高生产效率、优化产业结构、推动经济发展注入新动能。针对我国数字经济与实体经济的融合发展，本文首先明确了二者融合的方式与途径，主要包括数字产业化、产业数字化，其中数字产业化是基础，产业数字化则体现了数字技术与实体经济的协同发展。其次，从发展规模和速度、发展结构以及发展形态三个层面剖析了数字经济与实体经济融合的现状。再次，进一步探究了当前融合面临的问题，主要包括数字经济发展不均衡、产业基础薄弱、复合型数字人才短缺、政府扶持与监管力度不足等。最后，根据数字经济与实体经济融合发展的现状及其面临的问题提出了对策建议：增强数字化转型意识，明确数字化转型规划推行数字化战略；加强基础设施建设；重视复合型数字人才的培养；加强数据治理和监管体系建设；等等。
The deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy can promote the rational allocation of resources，optimize the industrial structure，and promote economic development. It is an important engine for high-quality economic development under the new development pattern. This article comprehensively sorts out the integrated development of China’s digital economy and real economy. First of all，it is clarified that the ways and means of the integration of the digital economy and the real economy mainly include digital industrialization and industrial digitalization. Among them，digital industrialization is the basic part，and industrial digitalization reflects the coordinated development and deep integration of digital technology and the real economy. Secondly，it analyzes the current situation of the integration of digital economy and real economy from three levels of development scale and speed，development structure and development form. Third，it further explores the problems facing the current integration，mainly including the uneven development of the digital economy，the weak industrial foundation，the shortage of compound digital talents，and the lack of government support and supervision. Finally，according to the status quo of the integrated development of the digital economy and the real economy and the problems it faces，countermeasures and suggestions are put forward：enhance the awareness of digital transformation and encourage enterprises to implement digital strategies；strengthen infrastructure construction to achieve balanced development of the digital economy；Cultivation；strengthen the construction of data governance and supervision system.
