作为中意关系的重要组成部分，教育领域的交流合作既是两国人文交流与合作的重要内容，也是促进人才培养、推动两国经济社会发展的重要动力。本文以中意建交近50年来的历史脉络为主线，分1970～2000年、2000～2019年两个大的阶段，对两国在教育领域交流与合作的历程做了梳理。两国在1978年10月签署的《中华人民共和国政府和意大利共和国政府文化合作协定》和在2005年7月签署的《中华人民共和国政府和意大利共和国政府关于相互承认高等教育学位的协议》在中意教育交流史上具有里程碑式的意义，在不同的历史时期有力地推动了两国教育交流与合作迈上新台阶。此外，本文还对两个阶段及第二个阶段不同时期两国教育交流与合作的特点做了归纳总结。
Exchanges and cooperation in the field of education，as an important part of China-Italy bilateral relations，are not only an significant content of cultural exchanges between the two countries，but also an important driving force to motivate talent training and promote economic and social development in both China and Italy. Based on the history of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Italy in the past 50 years，this article summarizes the process of educational exchanges and cooperation between these two countries in the two major periods of 1970-2000 and 2000-2019. The Agreement on Cultural Cooperation signed in October 1978 and the Agreement on the Recognition of Higher Education Degrees signed in July 2005 have significance of milestone in the history of China-Italy educational exchanges and cooperation and strongly promoted educational exchanges and cooperation between the two countries to a new level in different historical periods. Additionally，the article also tries to summarize the characteristics of the above-mentioned two main periods.
