消除贫困是世界各国人民的共同目标，也是人类经济社会发展的本质追求。作为全球发展中国家最为集中的地区，如何消除贫困实现可持续发展一直是非洲各国的重要议程。中国是全球最大的发展中国家，在贫困治理领域取得了举世瞩目的成就。自新中国成立及非洲民族解放运动以来，贫困治理一直是中非合作的关键领域并不断深化。作为风雨同舟的命运共同体，2020年中国实现全面脱贫不仅标志着中华民族迈向共同富裕的新阶段，同时也对中非脱贫合作有重要促进作用。面对贫困治理领域的各项挑战，中非应进一步明确中非减贫合作目标规划，创新减贫经验传播方式，加强减贫人才培养，建立减贫效果评价体系，完善减贫合作支撑制度，全面推动中非减贫合作高质量发展。
Poverty eradication is not only the common goal of people all over the world，but also the essential pursuit of human economic and social development. Africa is the most concentrated region of developing countries in the world. How to eradicate poverty and achieve sustainable economic development has always been an important agenda for African countries. As the largest developing country in the world，China has made remarkable achievements in poverty governance. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the African national liberation movement，poverty governance has always been a key area of China-Africa cooperation. As a community of shared future，China’s comprehensive poverty alleviation in 2020 not only marks a new stage of common prosperity for the Chinese nation，but also plays an important role in promoting China-Africa poverty alleviation cooperation. China and Africa should jointly face various challenges in the field of poverty governance，and comprehensively promote the high-quality development of China-Africa poverty reduction cooperation from the aspects of clarifying the objectives of China-Africa poverty reduction cooperation，innovating the exchange of poverty reduction experience，strengthening the training of poverty reduction personnel，establishing poverty reduction effect evaluation，as well as improving the support system of poverty reduction cooperation.
