援非农业技术示范中心是中国对非农业援助的一种重要形式。它是增强中非政治互信、解决非洲粮食安全问题、促进中国农业“走出去”的平台和窗口，也是维系中非友谊的重要纽带和助推力量。目前，受中非观念、文化、资金、规模及国家制度、法律、管理体制等多种因素的影响，其可持续发展面临困境。本文从明确功能定位、理顺管理体制、多渠道筹集发展资金、完善产业化商业化运营模式、稳定援非农业技术人才队伍等视角提出了对策建议。
As an important form of China’s agricultural aid to foreign countries，the agricultural technology demonstration centers in Africa provide a platform and window to enhance political mutual trust between China and Africa，solve African food security issues and promote China’s agriculture to “go global”. It is also an important bond and impetus to maintain China-Africa friendship. At present，its sustainable development is facing difficulties due to their respective concepts，cultures，funding，scales，national systems，laws，management systems，etc. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the perspectives of clarifying the function orientation，straightening out the management systems，raising funds through multiple channels，exploring the mode of industrialization and commercialization，and speeding up the process of agricultural modernization in Africa.
