As an important component of information infrastructure，blockchain has developed rapidly in recent years. While blockchain technology has continued to improve，the implementation of various applications also put forward new requirements for the function and performance of the blockchain. To cope with the problems such as weak technology independence of the underlying technology and insufficient attention to the technical compatibility，this paper proposes a blockchain infrastrcture security testing framework by studying the current status of localized infrastructure，the development of blockchain standards as well as testing experience. The blockchain infrastructure security testing framework aims to escort the security of Chinese blockchain infrastructure from the dimensions of function，performance，compatibility，etc.
