“双循环”背景下,培育建设国际消费中心城市的重点任务是打造一批具有较强国际影响力的新型消费商圈,提高服务质量和水平,完善消费促进机制。本文认为,中国高端实体商业是国际消费中心城市核心商圈的重点。通过对中国高端实体商业现状的盘点分析,特别是考虑到2020年新冠肺炎疫情的影响,本文总结出其具有两极分化态势、线上与线下相结合和凸显中国特色等特点。面对同质化、内卷化、白热化等问题,本文提出融入文化平台、体验空间、智慧时空、青春阵地等对策。中国高端实体商业应适应消费趋势和市场变化,成为人民美好生活的时空载体。
Under the background of “dual circulation”,the main task of cultivating and constructing international consumption center cities is to create a batch of new consumer business districts with strong international influence,improve service quality and level,and improve consumption promotion mechanism. This article believes that China’s high-end entity business is a key enterprise in the core business district of an international consumption center city. Through the inventory analysis of China’s high-end entity business status,especially the impact of the new crown epidemic in 2020,the characteristics of polarization,online and offline integration,and Chinese characteristics are summarized. Faced with the problems of homogeneity,involution,and white-hot,it puts forward countermeasures such as integration into cultural platforms,experience spaces,intelligent time and space,and youth positions. China’s high-end physical businesses should adapt to consumer trends and market changes,and become a space-time carrier for people’s better life.
