In the face of difficult external environment and domestic situation，the countries of Central and Eastern Europe have paid no less attention to the cultural field and carefully planned and adopted measures based on their respective national conditions to ensure the dynamic and orderly development of culture. In addition to the relief measures taken for the cultural field，the digital transformation of culture industry is developing rapidly，the construction and upgrading of cultural infrastructure has continued to grow，the protection of cultural heritage has been further strengthened and cultural exchanges between countries are becoming closer in this year. In the framework of the China-CEEC cooperation mechanism，China and the Central and Eastern Europe countries have been facing the challenges of the epidemic together，enhancing their traditional ties through a series of mutual assistance，and deepening their cultural exchanges，which have borne fruit and provided a wonderful interpretation of the concept of a community of human destiny.
