智能化是近年水路交通运输行业发展的热点之一。本报告提出了水路运输智能化产业的定义，通过分析智能船舶、智慧港口、智能航道、智能海事监管发展以及产业发展经济与政策环境，指出水路运输智能化产业发展还存在航运信息分散、航运信息基础设施建设不足、航运标准体系及保障制度不够完善、核心技术有待突破等问题，并预测水路运输智能化产业前景十分广阔，预计2022年中国智能船舶行业市场规模将达到300亿元左右。最后，为落实水路运输智能化产业总体规划，突破智慧海事与港口、智能船舶等领域关键技术，提出了加强政策支持、支持试点示范、促进开放合作三种保障措施。
Intelligence is one of the hot spots in the development of waterway transportation industry in recent years. This paper puts forward the definition of intelligent waterway transportation industry，summarizes the current situation of the development of intelligent ships，intelligent waterways，intelligent ports and maritime industries，and analyzes the economic and political environment of industrial development. At the same time，it points out the shortage of waterway trans-portation intelligent industrial development in informatization，standardization and core technologies. It is predicted that the market scale of China’s intelligent ship industry will reach about 30 billion yuan in 2022，and the prospect of waterway transportation intelligent industry is very promising. Finally，it outlooks the key technologies that need to be broken through in the overall planning of intelligent waterway transportation industry，intelligent maritime and ports，intelligent ships and other fields，and puts forward three safeguard measures to strengthen policy support，support pilot demonstration and promote open cooperation.
