北京数字经济标杆城市六大引领工程的逐步落地，是北京市建设全球数字经济标杆城市的阶段性发展成果，也是推动北京市数字经济产业数字化的重要引擎。本文通过对数字城市操作系统创制工程、城市超级算力中心建设工程、北京国际大数据交易所建设工程、高级别自动驾驶全场景运营示范工程、跨体系数字医疗示范中心建设工程、数字化社区建设工程的建设情况进行分析，总结北京市打造全球数字经济标杆城市六大引领工程的实践经验，探讨工程未来的建设发展方向。以期为加快数字经济高质量发展拓宽思路，为其他城市推进数字经济建设提供“北京经验”。
The gradual implementation of the six leading projects of Beijing’s digital economy benchmark city is the staged development achievement of Beijing’s construction of global digital economy benchmarking city，and it is also an important practice of accelerating the digitization and digital industrialization of Beijing’s digital economy industry. By analyzing the construction of digital city operating system creation project，urban supercomputing center project，Beijing international big data exchange project，high-level automatic driving full scene operation demonstration project，cross system digital medical demonstration center construction project and digital community construction project，this report summarizes the practical experience of the construction of six leading projects in building a benchmark city of digital economy in Beijing. It discusses the future construction and development direction of the project. It is expected to broaden ideas for accelerating the high-quality development of digital economy，and provide “Beijing experience” for other cities to promote the construction of urban digital economy.
