Mobile government affairs rose rapidly and became an important force to promote the modernization of national governance. With the help of CiteSpace software，this study made quantitative atlas analysis and panoramic display of Chinese and English mobile government research，and combined with the full reading of text content，found that the existing research of mobile government mainly revolves around five themes：mobile government construction，mobile government use，mobile government reshapes public service，mobile government innovates social governance and the challenges of mobile government. The research contents of each subject are comprehensive，but the level of research methods is uneven，And then，this research had the pertinence to carry on the review，in order to identify the superiority and inferiority，propose the countermeasure，advances the mobile government affairs correlation research.
