The construction of blockchain infrastructure has been flourishing with the support of both policy and industry since 2020，and the development has shown two different trends in industrial infrastructure and cloud infrastructure. The “Xinghuo Blockchain Network” infrastructure construction project is an industrial infrastructure with blockchain as the main solution and industrial internet as the main service scenario. It is launched in August 2020 under the guidance of the Manufacturing Power strategy and Internet Power strategy. The “Xinghuo Blockchain Network” infrastructure integrates the three major capability systems of internet domain names，industrial network key pairs and blockchain，integrates the resources of the entire industry chain，and solves the original driving force for the digital transformation of the industry. This article demonstrates the innovative cooperation of blockchain infrastructure and applications，and explores the closed-loop model of the market. It reviews the construction content and progress of “Xinghuo Blockchain Network” infrastructure，focuses on the network identification capabilities，and introduces some innovative application practices as well.
