区块链是构建大规模协作的协议与工具，可以通过探索和实践开源的方式，突破区块链技术受制于人的发展瓶颈，实现长足进步。百度超级链作为国内领先的自主可控区块链底层技术平台，于2019年率先开源，经过两年的发展与培育，形成了完备的开源生态。本文重点分享百度在区块链开源领域的探索与实践，包括百度超级链开源技术框架的建立、开源社区的运营和基于开源生态落地的应用与实践案例。我们认为，将代码、规则公开，在公开环境中进行决策提案、投票和节点选举，是区块链开源的应有之义。公平公正、开放透明的开源机制有利于将全球人才聚集在一起，提升创新能力，降低开发成本，促进区块链行业的技术发展和产业繁荣。
Blockchain is tool for large-scale cooperation. It can achieve great progress by exploring and practicing open-source form to collaborate to complete. Baidu XuperChain，as the leading domestic bottom technology platform of independent controllable blockchain，has taken the lead in open source in 2019. After two years of development，a complete open-source ecosystem has been formed. This paper focuses on the exploration and practice of Baidu in the field of blockchain open-source technology，including the establishment of Xuperchain open-source technology framework，the operation of open source community and the application and practice cases based on open source ecology. We believe that making the code and rules public，and making decision proposals and voting and node election in an open environment are neccessary. A fair，open and transparent open-source mechanism is conducive to bringing together talents in the global region，enhancing innovation capability，reducing development costs，and promoting the technological development and industrial prosperity of the blockchain industry.
