联盟链作为构建未来价值互联网的重要基础设施,正在成为技术创新的前沿阵地。目前不同联盟链应用之间的互操作性不足,无法有效进行可信数据流通和价值交换。为了解决联盟链“数据孤岛”问题,实现不同联盟链应用之间的互联互通,跨链技术是最有前景最值得期待的技术之一。本报告分析了联盟链跨链的关键技术挑战,回顾了区块链跨链技术演进历程,提炼了通用跨链接口、异构链互联协议、可信事务机制以及多边跨域治理四大跨链核心技术,介绍了联盟链跨链系统架构,展望了联盟链跨链在司法存证、个体数据授权、数字资产交换以及物联网跨平台联动四大领域的应用前景,通过全方面地阐述厘清跨链技术研究的深远意义和重大价值。区块链技术已被国家发展改革委纳入“新基建”范围,不同区块链平台亟须打破壁垒,共建共治,发展完善,形成标准化规范化的技术体系。跨链技术将作为关键技术支撑,实现万链互联,构建统一的信息技术基础设施,进而为我国数字经济战略服务。
As a pivotal infrastructure for building the Internet of Value in the future,consortium blockchain is becoming the frontier of technological innovation. At present,due to the insufficient interoperability between different consortium blockchain applications,credible data and value cannot be exchanged effectively. In order to solve the problem of “data island” and achieve interconnectivity between different consortium blockchain applications,cross chain is considered as one of the most promising and the most anticipated technologies. This report analyzes the key challenges of cross chain and reviews its evolution. It refines the four core technologies:general cross chain interface,isomerous chain interconnectivity protocol,trusted transaction mechanism,and multilateral cross chain governance. This report also introduces the structure of cross chain network and envisions its application in judicial evidence retention,individual data authorization,digital asset exchange and IoT cross-platform interoperability. The profound significance and great value of cross chain technology research have been comprehensively expounded in this report. Blockchain has been included in the list of “New Infrastructure” by National Development and Reform Commission. In order to form a standardized technical system,it is urgent to break down the barriers between different platforms and realize joint construction and management. Cross chain will then be the pivotal technology to achieve the interconnectivity of all chains and build a unified information technology infrastructure,thus serving our national digital economy strategy.
