The application of Distributed Ledger Technology （DLT） based on blockchain has attracted general interests of financial technology innovation. This paper summarizes the advantages of supply chain finance to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs，and analyzes the current limitations of supply chain finance under the traditional centralized platform model. Aiming at the problem of lack of effective means for looking through the underlying assets of SMEs in the securitization of supply chain financial assets，this paper proposes an innovation idea to use DLT to establish a global consensus distributed ledge with multi-participation，recording the information of the underlying assets of SMEs，through technology to guarantee that data cannot be tampered，and to provide special information disclosure services. In the area of the information disclosure of SME accounts receivable asset securitization，the alliance chain technology is used to construct the DLT ledger for experimental research，and the underlying technology of the traditional alliance chain is extended and optimized to better meet the requirements of the underlying asset information record and storage，and enhance the external interoperability of DLT to achieve data cross-validation.
