协同可视化:我国大数据时代的数字建工(2016~2020)

大数据时代已经到来,各个行业都紧跟大数据时代的步伐进行改革和创新。如何利用互联网、大数据实现建筑业的改造升级,已经成为传统建筑企业发展面临的紧迫任务之一。为了更加形象与真实地展示数字建工,本文以安徽建工集团为例进行阐述,提出协同可视化,实现组织协同、业务协同,用具体的数据诠释制度变为流程,流程体现岗位,岗位产生数据,数据决定行为的做法和重要性。通过数据展现,让业务可视化;通过数据分析,让管理科学化,最终让大数据时代的建工变成真正意义上的数字建工。

Abstract

The era of big data has come and all industries are reforming and innovating. For traditional construction enterprises,how to upgrade their business with the use of the internet and big data has become one of the urgent issues. In order to demonstrate digital construction more vividly and truly,this paper takes Anhui Construction Engineering Group as an example. It puts forward the concept of collaborative visualization which aims to realize organization collaboration and business collaboration and illustrates its specific practices and importance by making use of data. Through data display,business will be visualized;through data analysis,management will be scientific. Thus construction engineering in the era of big data will become real digital construction engineering.
