Abstract

Handu Group has gained huge success with the big data application which has been through on key procedures including supply chain,logistics,storage,website,operation,big data marketing and so on in the past years. Handu Group forwarded the twin-level ecological innovation management mode for the first time. By integrating their own resource integration operation and insisting on the multi-brand strategy,Handu Group has built the twin-wheel driven mode with both brand and service provider,and realized the transformation from brand provider to the service provider.
