新冠肺炎疫情暴发以来,中国与世界各国一起积极开展援助外交,共同抗击疫情。例如,中日两国在援助外交中注重物资援助与情感表达的相互支撑,不断传递善意以增进抗疫信心,实现良好的传播效果。本研究依托中科闻歌开发的“闻海”大数据平台,分析世界各国媒体对“山川异域,风月同天”这一中日援助典型事件(简称“风月同天”事件)的报道,探讨援助外交中的“古诗热潮”如何逐步“出圈”。本文发现,“风月同天”事件主要经历了四次舆情扩散:日本用古诗传情、成功设置议程;中国社交媒体与主流媒体议程互动;中日共同设置议程;中国媒体从议题建构转为价值建构。本文尝试分析和提炼援助外交中的共情传播模式,比较援助国和受援国的传播策略,希望情感传播可以提升国际援助的效果。
Since the outbreak of COVID-19,China has actively provided aid diplomacy to other countries for jointly fighting the epidemic. This research is based on the “Wenhai” big data platform,developed by Wenge of China Science and Technology,to analyze the world media reports of “In times of disaster,assistance knows no boundary” that is a typical Sino-Japanese aid event,and to explore how the “classical Chinese poetry boom” gradually become known in aid diplomacy. In this article,author believes that the “assistance knows no boundary” event has experienced four major spreads in public opinion:Japan used classical Chinese poetry to convey sentiments and successfully set the agenda;Chinese social media interacted with mainstream media of agendas;China and Japan set the agenda together;Chinese media changed construction from agenda to value. In the article,we summarize the empathy communication model in aid diplomacy,and discuss the different strategies of aid countries and recipient countries,in order to make international aid better serve people of all countries.
