In 2020，the SCO member states will be affected by the outbreak in many fields such as politics，economy，diplomacy and security. Political instability，the Great Recession，and frequent international and domestic security threats are the main challenges facing member states this year. In order to avoid the impact of the pandemic exacerbating domestic conflicts and causing regional security problems，the SCO member states have introduced various measures in accordance with their own actual situation.
