以色列地处“中东腹地”，位于亚非欧三大洲交界处。尽管地缘冲突不断、国内资源贫乏、人口基数不足千万，但以色列将教育、科技和创新作为立国之本，享有“创新的国度”的美誉。本报告从现代农业、生命健康、电子信息和绿色环保等中以创新合作重点领域出发，分析了以色列在上述领域的优势，研究了中以在重点领域创新合作的现状和特征，并提出了进一步推动中以创新合作高质量发展的政策建议。
The State of Israel is located in the central region of the Middle East and the junction of the continents of Asia，Europe and Africa. Despite the unceasing geopolitical conflicts，shortage of domestic resources and less than 10 million population，Israel is renowned as the “country of innovation”，because the foundation of the country is education，technology and innovation. This paper identifies four key Sino-Israel Innovation cooperation fields，which are modern agriculture，life health，electronic information and environmental protection. The advantages of the four key Innovation cooperation fields on the Israeli side are analyzed. This paper also studies the current status and characteristics of the four key Innovation cooperation fields，and proposes policy recommendations to further promote the Sino-Israel Innovation cooperation in the key fields.
