The world is undergoing profound changes over the past century. The renewed scientific and technological revolution have deep development with industrial revolution. The world is entering the digital economy era by the digital revolution. Digital platforms have become an important part of the digital economy era. Exploring and improving the supervision and governance system of digital platform is significant to promote the development of digital economy from the flow of elements to the institution opening-up. As new forms and models of digital economy，digital platforms are showing exponential development with the iteration of information technology and the massive hash-rate. However，there have been some problems such as the non-standard development of platform，the defective social insurance of employee，the improper data supervision and privacy protection，the disorderly expansion and malicious public opinion. The report analyzes the current problems of the development of platform economy by summarizing the internal logic and external performance of digital platform.
