2021年是中亚五国独立30周年，各国迈入新的历史发展阶段，中国与中亚国家的战略伙伴关系也进入新时期。在新冠肺炎疫情全球大流行和世界百年未有之大变局的复杂国际背景下，中国和中亚五国团结协作，相互支持，共克时艰，在政治、经济、安全、人文交流等众多领域密切合作，取得重要成果，丰富、拓宽了中国与中亚国家战略伙伴关系的内涵。高水平的政治互信为中国和中亚五国全面合作奠定了基础；经贸合作逐渐走出疫情冲击，各国协力挖掘经济合作新潜力。在该区域安全形势发生复杂变化的情况下，中国加强与中亚五国的安全合作，共同应对地区风险。在上海合作组织成立20周年之际，中国和中亚成员国在组织框架下的多边合作越发丰富活跃，呈现新的时代特点。“一带一路”建设对接有序推进，务实与创新相结合的合作方式为双方带来高质量的建设成果。
2021 is the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Central Asian countries，and they have entered a new stage of historical development. The strategic partnership between China and the Central Asian countries has also entered a new period. In COVID-19 pandemic in one hundred from the changing world and complicated international background，China and the five central Asian countries cooperated with each other，overcome difficulties in the politics，economic，security，close cooperation，cultural exchanges，and many other areas，and important achievements，widen the rich connotation of strategic partnership between China and central Asian countries. The high-level political mutual trust has laid a foundation for all-round cooperation between China and the five Central Asian countries. Economic and trade cooperation is gradually recovering from the impact of COVID-19，and countries are working together to tap new potential of economic cooperation. In the face of complex changes in the regional security situation，China has strengthened security cooperation with the five Central Asian countries to jointly cope with regional risks. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the founding of the SCO，multilateral cooperation between China and central Asian member states within the framework of the SCO has become increasingly rich and dynamic，presenting new features of the time. Orderly progress has been made in synergizing the Belt and Road initiative，and practical and innovative ways of cooperation have brought high-quality outcomes to the region.
