出版合作是中国—中东欧国家人文交流的重要组成部分。2020年，面对突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情和日趋复杂的国际政治形势，中国和中东欧国家出版界依靠前期打下的良好合作基础，克服各种不利因素，在版权贸易、图书互译和出版研究方面取得了显著成绩，并勇于担当社会责任，积极助力全球抗疫。本报告对“一带一路”背景下的中国—中东欧国家出版合作状况进行梳理，深入分析2020年的合作亮点，并展望未来的发展。
Publishing cooperation is an important part of people-to-people exchanges between China and CEECs. In 2020，despite the COVID-19 and increasingly complicated international political situation，the publishing industry of China and CEECs have overcome difficulties to achieve significant outcomes in copyright trade，book translation and publishing research，thanks to the foundation laid in previous cooperation. They have also contributed to the global fight against the pandemic through publication of the Chinese experience. This paper analyzes the publishing cooperation between China and CEECs in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative，highlights major cooperation projects in 2020，and looks into future development.
