太平洋岛国大多国土面积狭小，海洋资源丰富，海洋为太平洋岛国带来了巨大的经济价值。本报告分析了太平洋岛国的海洋经济发展情况以及新冠肺炎疫情对主要海洋产业的影响，概述了巴布亚新几内亚、斐济和萨摩亚国家海洋政策的主要内容，提出了太平洋岛国当前发展面临的主要问题，总结了近期太平洋岛国促进海洋可持续发展的具体举措，以期为相关学者提供参考和借鉴。
Most of the Pacific island countries have small land areas and rich marine resources. This article mainly analyzes the marine economic situation，the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on the marine industry，the overview of marine policies，and the main problems of the current development in the Pacific island countries. Finally，it puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of the Pacific island countries.
